About
What Is The Network?
The National Workforce Advisors (NWA) Network brings together experts from every corner of the workforce ecosystem to design strategies that move talent, training, and opportunity forward.
This collaborative model allows National Workforce Advisors to tailor each project team to the specific needs of our partners.
The NWA network includes project managers, event coordinators, executive coaches, Ph.D.-level researchers, educators, engineers… all with deep, hands-on experience working on workforce initiatives — ensuring every project benefits from both strategic insight and practical expertise.
Collectively, our advisors have led multimillion-dollar federal and state grants, managed national talent strategies, engineered learning systems, and designed scalable training and coaching programs.

About The Network
Individuals
At its core, the Network is about people. Individual advisors are practitioners and subject-matter experts who may be called on to support proposal development, project execution, or both. These are the people we turn to when specific expertise is needed, whether that is during an RFP response or once work is underway.
By building this bench in advance, we are able to assemble strong, credible teams quickly, include named experts in proposals with confidence, and ensure the right expertise is in place from Day 1.
About The Network
Partner Organizations
The Network also includes organizations that bring specialized expertise, capacity, and experience working across complex initiatives. Organizational participation in the Network creates space to explore collaboration when opportunities align.
Organizations and National Workforce Advisors work together in ways that reflect shared strengths and complementary capabilities.

How to Become Part of the Network as an Individual
Individuals who are interested in being considered for the NWA Network participate in a formal RFP process. The RFP allows us to understand your background, areas of expertise, and the types of work you are best suited for. Submissions are reviewed on a rolling basis and may include follow-up conversations or interviews as part of the evaluation process.
Those selected are added to the Network and may be contacted as opportunities align with their experience and availability. Inclusion in the Network does not guarantee work, but it does mean you have been reviewed and are eligible to be considered for future projects. The Network is designed for individuals who bring practical, applied experience and are comfortable supporting project-based work. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Workforce and education practitioners
• Program designers and implementers
• Technical assistance providers
• Grant and initiative managers
• Subject-matter experts supporting talent, training, or employer alignment
Most engagements are defined by specific scopes, timelines, and deliverables, with details confirmed at the time of the opportunity.
The RFP is Open!
