About National Workforce Advisors
Strategic Partnership. Purposeful Results.
National Workforce Advisors (NWA) is a certified woman-owned firm recognized by both the SBA (WOSB) and WBENC (WBE). Our team brings deep expertise in grant management, technical assistance, communications, and talent strategy, supporting public and private partners in achieving measurable workforce outcomes.
We believe strong partnerships are the foundation of a thriving workforce ecosystem. Our team works alongside state and federal agencies, educators, and employers to design strategies, build capacity, and align systems that prepare people and communities for success.

NWA exists to help partners see the full picture — identifying opportunities, connecting stakeholders, and ensuring every initiative contributes to a stronger, more resilient economy. Our role is to support and empower organizations working to keep the nation’s workforce competitive, innovative, and successful.

“Every partnership we build starts with purpose. We believe in saying yes to opportunity, innovation, and possibility — breaking through barriers to create results that strengthen people, communities, and economies.”

Our Team
The National Workforce Advisors Network
The National Workforce Advisors (NWA) Network brings together experts from every corner of the workforce ecosystem to design strategies that move talent, training, and opportunity forward.
The NWA network includes Ph.D.-level researchers, educators, engineers, project managers, event coordinators, executive coaches — all with deep, hands-on experience working on workforce initiatives.
Collectively, our advisors have led multimillion-dollar federal and state grants, managed national talent strategies, engineered learning systems, and designed scalable training and coaching programs. Their backgrounds span institutions, universities, and international development agencies — ensuring every project benefits from both strategic insight and practical expertise.
This collaborative model allows NWA to tailor each project team to the specific needs of our partners.

Our LOGO
The NWA logo features a watchtower, a symbol of guidance, stability, and trust. It reflects our role as a guiding light for organizations navigating workforce transformation, helping partners see opportunities clearly and move forward with confidence.
The red bird is a subtle nod to our parent company, REDsearch, and the shared mission that unites both brands: helping people and organizations grow.
